Here are some of Bea’s favorite snacks you can make!

Make sure you get your parents approval and help if needed.

Honey Crackers

Take your favorite cracker and spread on a small amount of peanut butter or whipped cream cheese. (don’t use peanut butter if you’re allergic)

Top with a small squirt of honey.

Fast and yummy!

Honey Yogurt Dip

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use it to dip grapes, banana slices, apple slices, or your favorite fruit!

Honey Toast

Get an adult to help you toast 2 slices of your favorite bread.

Butter and add a drizzle of honey- Yummy

Honey Butter

1 stick of softened salted butter

¼ cup honey

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a bowl until light and creamy
  2. Store in covered container, soften before using if you put in fridge

Delicious on pancakes, French toast, and rolls.

Honey Crisps

Ask an adult for help with cutting and baking-

  1. Cut 3-4 tortillas into 6 pie shaped wedges with a pizza cutter
  2. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in oven 400-degree oven for 8-10 minutes until crisp, then place pieces on a serving tray or wax paper to cool. While it is still warm drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Serve warm. Yummy!

Apple Nachos

4 apples- any variety

½ cup peanut butter

2 Tablespoons honey

¾  cup of your favorite granola or to taste

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in microwave safe bowl. Warm slowly in the microwave until it is smooth and easy to drizzle.
  2. Slice apples into wedges and arrange on a plate or platter. Drizzle the peanut butter honey mixture over the top. Sprinkle on you favorite granola.
